Playlist for Sportium

I love music, playing it as well as listening to it. There’s rarely a moment in my day that music isn’t playing. It influences my mood, creates an atmosphere and accompanies me throughout my day. For me, as a professional athlete, music is a tool that I use every day, either when preparing to train, during my runs or before a race.

The list of gadgets to listen to music while training is growing, and with reason. Studies have shown that listening to music can improve sports performance. So here is a playlist of my favourite songs to run to, or to listen to before a race when I want to get motivated. I love indie-electro-rock sounds, which have a good bass and a lot of rhythm. Some Hip-Hop songs with energetic beats are also on my list. These songs reflect the state in which I want my body and mind to be during my runs: speed, strength, intensity. Happy training!
