Price matching policy

Competitor price matching requests will be granted if the prices are current, dated and nationally advertised*. The following exceptions are applicable:

  1. Items to be price matched must be an exact match (i.e. color, pattern, model, size, and year).
  2. Website prices will only be honored by local stores, meaning a competitor’s retail store within the province of the respective Sportium retail store.
  3. Sportium will not honor promotions of supply companies, wholesale, clearance outlets, manufacturer's sales, closing sales or membership clubs.
  4. We will not match private label merchandise.
  5. We will not honor "buy one, get one free" offers.
  6. We will not price match any out-of-stock item.
  7. We will not price match closing our bankruptcy sales.

*All conditions on the competitor’s advertisement will apply (i.e. limited quantities, special purchases).

Publication errors of any kind will not be matched. 
All price matches must be verifiable; a verifiable copy of the advertisement, complete with store name, promotion dates, and model numbers.
All price matches are subject to approval, at the store, at the time of purchase

Important Notice

Prices are subject to change without notice. Discounts on some catalogue items are valid while stock lasts. Prices in store prevail over print catalogue prices and product prices on our website. Product photos are for reference only. The online catalogue only represents a small portion of the merchandise carried by Sportium. A much larger selection of products is available in our stores.

Return Policy 

Except for products specially marked as a "final sale" and except for the products referred to below, any product purchased at a Sportium store or on this Website may be returned for a refund or an exchange (subject to the following terms) within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the purchase.

Products purchased at a Sportium store or on the Sportium Website may be returned in person to any of our Sportium stores. Products purchased online via our Website may also be returned by reshipment, in which case they must be returned to the Québec Sportium store. Products being returned must not have been used or worn and must be returned in good condition in their original packaging, together with proof of purchase. In the case of a return by reshipment, the return package must indicate your online account number appearing on your receipt. A product purchased online can be exchanged, returned or refunded at a store, subject however to the product being available at that particular store.

Any product sold at a discount of FORTY PERCENT (40%) or more is deemed to be a final sale. There are no refunds or exchanges for gift cards, electronic devices, software, food and, for hygienic reasons, underwear, underpants, brassieres, boxer shorts, swimsuits, socks, compression garments, cycling shorts, and products marked as a "final sale".
You will not be charged additional costs for making an in-store return. However, you must pay the return shipping costs for a product returned to our Sportium Québec store. You will be refunded those costs if the product ordered online was damaged during delivery. To be refunded your return shipping costs, you must contact Sportium by telephone or by e-mail at the number and address indicated in the last paragraph of these terms and conditions.

Before return shipping a product purchased on line, you must contact Sportium Web Customer Service by e-mail or by telephone to obtain return authorization. 

Impossibility of delivery
We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered or that are not received because you provided the wrong address for the recipient. Please make sure that the recipient's address is correct and contact Customer Service if you believe that the recipient did not receive the order. 

Cancellation of an order
An order made on the Sportium Website cannot be cancelled from the moment when it is prepared or shipped.

Price information

The price indicated for all products represented on our website, in-store or in our advertisements represents our regular price.
